Employee Benefit Sales | Training

Guardian and its subsidiaries provide personal and financial protection to more than six million employees and their dependents nationwide. As an Employee Benefits Sales Representative, you'll be helping companies protect their most important asset— their people. Specifically, our Employee Benefits Sales Representatives market our diverse portfolio of Employee Benefits products to a network of financial services professionals, who in turn recommend Guardian products to their corporate clients. The goal of this position is to increase revenue through effective marketing strategies and techniques. It's important to note that this is not a commissioned sales position. As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive base salary as well as an opportunity to earn a substantial bonus.

Guardian, one of the country's strongest financial institutions, understands the importance of development and training. We provide our Sales Representatives with first-class training,
state-of-the-art marketing and support, and access to the most knowledgeable people in the industry. The responsibilities of our Sales Representatives are complex and require education in Guardian's products, processes and related business practices. Therefore, we offer one of the industry's most advanced training programs. Once hired, you'll be involved in a structured Sales Representative Development Program, which will allow you to quickly master the skills needed to succeed. The program consists of both home office and on-the-job training combining a balance of industry and product knowledge, marketing strategies, professional selling skills and field and home office operations.
