Guardian + Wellthy employee communications
Caregiving support services are available to all employees enrolled in your company-provided Guardian disability benefits, but they’re only helpful if they know about it. That’s why for customers that provide us access to employee email addresses, we send service emails to help educate your employees about this benefit and provide helpful information over the course of the year so they’re informed if they do need it.
To help communicate the broad benefits that are available, we will send out a series of service emails directly to your employees educating them on the range of caregiving benefits.
If you do not provide employee email addresses to Guardian, we have prepared email messages for you to distribute to employees to help make sure they are aware of the caregiving support services.
