Presidential Citation Awards
We donned our finest whites to embrace our inner Miami Beach spirit. These distinguished leaders shape the success of their FPs and the growth of their firms. In 2023, these esteemed honorees contributed over $26.3 million in total unit production and brought in 376 new advisors.

The Frontline Leader Award recognizes a remarkable leader who excels in recruiting, guiding, and empowering new financial professionals from the very first day on the job.
Our 2023 honoree is Becky Thompson, an eight-time PCA qualifier who earned 510 PCA points in 2023. Becky oversaw 48 financial professionals, among them two who qualified for Leaders Club, four for the Client Builder Award, and 19 for MPR, with a total production of just over $1.2M in First Year Commissions!

Platinum-Level Qualifiers
Our highest PCA award recognizes exceptional leaders with at least 500 points. Our 2023 qualifiers achieved 116 Gross and 83 Quality recruits and $12M in unit production.
