Economic uncertainty is challenging your worksites
Our research can help Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) understand these challenges, so they can offer solutions to strengthen the physical, mental, and financial health of the businesses and employees they support.
The problem
These issues are contributing to concerning trends across three major pillars of well-being: emotional (mind), physical (body), and financial (wallet). Most employers believe they effectively prioritize employee well-being, but most employees do not agree. What's more, the percentage of worksite employees who believe their employer cares about their overall well-being is declining.
Offering adequate mental health support is the most important issue, with nearly a third (29%) of worksite employees saying they want their employer to address it.
75% of worksite employees do not rate themselves as very good or excellent at getting enough exercise, and 72% do not rate themselves highly when it comes to maintaining their weight.
Only 28% of employees say they have good financial health and nearly half say they'd face financial hardship without their benefits.
