2024 Paid Family and Medical Leave Updates
What you need to know about new changes for the various state Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) programs.
More and more states are passing PFML laws. Although they may follow the same basic principles, each state looks a little different in terms of the program name, benefit provisions, and eligibility requirements. The 2024 PFML annual rate and benefit provision updates that you need to know for each state are highlighted below:
Colorado
