Leadership Foundations: As a Financial Professional, you can gain an understanding of what it takes to be a firm leader while continuing to run your practice. With a blend of in-person, virtual and small group coaching sessions, this program allows you to master the basics of recruiting, priority management and other skills necessary for success.

  • Advanced Leadership Foundations: For those currently in a management role, this program takes your coaching, development and team leadership skills to the next level so you can drive results while also refining your approach to growing your firm.

  • Lead from the Front (LFF) : Designed for high potential frontline leaders who have been in the role for a few years with the talent and desire to take their skills to the next level. This program supports you as you leave your comfort zone and begin to up-level your skills in areas like inspiring teams, maximizing performance and strategic planning.

  • Next Generation Masters: This year-long coaching program, with courses recognized for credit at The American College for certain designations, is intended for established field leaders looking to move further along the leadership path within their firm. With only a handful of in-person sessions, this program concentrates on developing and honing leadership skills specific to each participant through individual coaching sessions. The program is built around individual participants, as well as the group.
