That is why we’ve built some of the industry’s best Leadership Development Programs and have been recognized for multiple consecutive years as a Training Apex Award Winner.1
The path to a leadership role in a Guardian firm is clearly mapped out, with continuous growth and development opportunities along the way. Unlike typical “3 Day Training Conferences” that are once-and-done, our programs occur over the course of several months to a year, with coaching and training calls, on-site programs, as well as structured study groups and capstone presentations. Leadership Foundations: As a Financial Professional, you can gain an understanding of what it takes to be a firm leader while continuing to run your practice. With a blend of in-person, virtual and small group coaching sessions, this program allows you to master the basics of recruiting, priority management and other skills necessary for success.
Advanced Leadership Foundations: For those currently in a management role, this program takes your coaching, development and team leadership skills to the next level so you can drive results while also refining your approach to growing your firm.
Lead from the Front (LFF) : Designed for high potential frontline leaders who have been in the role for a few years with the talent and desire to take their skills to the next level. This program supports you as you leave your comfort zone and begin to up-level your skills in areas like inspiring teams, maximizing performance and strategic planning.

Next Generation Masters: This year-long coaching program, with courses recognized for credit at The American College for certain designations, is intended for established field leaders looking to move further along the leadership path within their firm. With only a handful of in-person sessions, this program concentrates on developing and honing leadership skills specific to each participant through individual coaching sessions. The program is built around individual participants, as well as the group.

Pathway to Partnership: A comprehensive program for those on their way to becoming a General Agent of their firm. This program will help them to develop the strategic decision-making skills, risk management competencies, continuous growth culture and financial acumen necessary to run a successful firm.
