Enhanced support for recovery and return to work
When life gets complicated, employees look toward their workplace benefits to help them carry on. To help aid in recovery, employees receiving long-term disability benefits have access to Peloton fitness and wellness classes, such as meditation, yoga, and outdoor walking.
Peloton provides helpful content and expert instruction to help create impactful and entertaining workout experiences for anyone, anywhere, and at any stage in their fitness or recovery journey. And employees don't need special equipment to get started.

The convenience of at-home and on-the-go workouts that employees can access on their smartphone, TV, or on the web to enjoy high quality fitness and wellness resources — anytime, anywhere.

Eligibility
Employees who have an approved new LTD claim have 6 months of access to the Peloton App.
Notification
Employees will receive an email with instructions to claim their Peloton benefit. Then they'll be directed to download the Peloton App.
Access
Employees have 6 months of access to instructor-led classes like stretching, meditation, outdoor walking, and yoga.
