Our EAP provides a wide range of work-life services to help employees manage a variety of challenges, including:

Legal and financial help

Financial counseling

30 days of access with a personal money coach who will work with employees to identify financial goals, assess current financial situation, and suggest an action plan.

Legal services

One 30-minute legal consultation per each separate legal matter. If employees retain the attorney or mediator, they receive 25% off the normal hourly rate. They may also create, save, print, and revise a wide variety of online legal forms including wills, contracts, and leases.

Caregiving

Child & parenting services

Get information and support on parenting, school issues, adoption, daycare, and other important issues for parents.

Adult & eldercare services

Help finding quality information and services including transportation, meals, activities, daytime care, housing, and more.

Mental health support

Confidential counseling

Up to 3 face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic counseling sessions for relationship and family issues, stress, anxiety, bereavement, and other challenges.

24-hour crisis help

Toll-free access for you or a family member experiencing a crisis.

EAP resources

Our EAP is designed to be accessible from anywhere, on a desktop,   mobile, or other connected device.  Features include:

  • Webinars and trainings

  • Online assessment to check well-being

  • Personalized care and service recommendations

  • Skills training to develop resilience, stress management, and mental fitness

  • Up to three sessions with a behavioral health coach
