Guardian removes the barriers of complexity that keep employees from choosing, trusting, and using their benefits to the fullest. With GuardianWell, employees have access to their employer-provided wellness benefits — which may include caregiving support services, cancer support services, a tobacco cessation program, mental wellness resources, and more.
In addition to their various wellness benefits, all employees with a GuardianWell account also have access to curated content from Peloton, updated every three months. This includes:
On-demand classes led by Peloton instructors — from Pilates to meditation — with no special equipment needed to get started
Wellness articles from Peloton’s blog, like how to get in the right fitness mindset, creating healthy habits, and how to increase your protein intake
Insightful resources for any stage of life
Employees can also find relevant, insightful resources to help them in their search to support the well-being of themselves and their loved ones. From starting a family to getting ready to retire, these resources can help employees prioritize their mind, body, and wallet® across every stage of life.
