Secure access to care
The personalized care dashboard lets teens customize their experience. If they prefer not to meet in person, they can access care from specialized therapists with any mobile device.
Family is everything. But each family's mental health needs are unique, and the struggles of one may impact all. Guardian + Spring Health understands this, and has enhanced its employee mental wellness solution to include specialized care experiences for the whole family, including teens.
Spring Health's secure online platform can be customized to each family member's needs, and accessed from anywhere. Adults ages 18+ can create their own accounts, while children ages 6 to 17 receive child accounts, which a parent or guardian can use to help them find and manage care.
Family Navigators offer emotional support, make recommendations and referrals, and provide guidance across a range of topics, such as talking to your child about therapy.
The family care dashboard is tailored to parents, so they can easily manage and vew care, use on-demand parenting wellness exercises, and create accounts for family members ages 17 and younger.
Members receive unbiased, evidence-based guidance on parenting best practices. They'll work with a credentialed coach on a breadth of topics, like improving parent-child communication, identity support, and behavior concerns.
When time is of the essence, employees and their families need more than traditional mental health care methods. A dedicated mental wellness solution addresses a broad spectrum of needs, quickly.
